Boonserm Premthada graduated in 2003 with Masters in Architecture from Chulalongkorn University and went onto establish his own practice “Bangkok Project Studio” in the year 2004. He teaches at the Faculty of Architecture, Chulalongkorn University.
Based in Bangkok, Premthada’s approach to design is adventurous and daring in structure and artistic in application of material. His understanding of human behavior and control over structure and material have resulted in an architecture which blurs the boundary between engineering and art. His focus on the social impact of architecture and quality of life has lead to projects like the “Mobile Hospital” and “Alzheimer House”.
Boonserm Premthada has been nominated for Aga Khan award in 2013.
