>Amata Luphaiboon completed his bachelor’s in architecture from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, in 1992 with first class honors and a Gold Medal. He also graduated in Master of Architecture and Master of Design Studies from University of Washington and Harvard University, USA, respectively. He was part of Metric Co., Ltd., Bangkok from 1992-2004, and currently working with Department of Architecture Co., Ltd., Bangkok as the Principal. Amata Luphaiboon was awarded the 45th annual IIDA Interior Design Competition for The Mist Hot-Spring Hotel from International Interior Design Association (IIDA), Chicago in 2018. He was also awarded for Architizer A+ Awards 2018 – Architecture + Art category, Silpathorn Awards 2017 in Architecture Category, From The Office of Contemporary Art and Culture, Ministry of Culture of Thailand. He received the Gold Medal Award, in Architectural Design for The Commons from the Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage (ASA) in 2016. He was also awarded as the Best Hotel Architectural Design for Hilton Pattaya from Thailand Property Awards in 2012. He received the Prime Minister’s Creative Award from the Prime Minister of Thailand in 2011.
